Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
All products sold by Cashique are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Right of Withdrawal and Waiver
Under § 356 (5) BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires before the end of the withdrawal period if:
- delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
- the consumer acknowledged that they would thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase on cashique.net, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital content and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of delivery. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Compatibility issues (please review file formats and system requirements before purchasing)
- Technical difficulties on your device, internet connection, or software
