All products sold by Cashique are digital downloads. There are no physical shipments and no shipping fees. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive access to your files immediately.

How You Receive Your Files

Order confirmation email A download link is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Order confirmation page A download button is displayed directly on the thank-you page right after checkout is complete.

Processing Time

There is no processing delay. Digital files are available for download instantly upon payment confirmation — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

File Formats

Depending on the product, files may be delivered as PDF, Canva template links, Google Slides links, or ZIP archives. File formats are specified on each product page — please review these before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your device and software.

Save the file to your device. For ZIP files, extract the contents using any standard unzip tool.

For Canva or Google Slides templates, click the link in your file to duplicate the template to your own account.
