Welcome to Cashique. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cashique.net and all digital products and services offered by Cashique ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of cashique.net. By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

All digital products available on this Site — including templates, eBooks, guides, and printables — are the intellectual property of Cashique and are protected by applicable copyright law.

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, reproduce, or claim authorship of any product. Commercial use requires separate written authorization from Cashique.

3. Order Process and Payment

Payment is required in full before accessing any digital product. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your files via email or direct download. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Cashique is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cashique is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For disputes with merchants or other non-consumer customers, the place of jurisdiction is Hohenwestedt, Germany. Mandatory EU consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but are willing to do so in individual cases. Our email address for this purpose is info@cashique.net.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
